The Mid-career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership brings together a national network of public/private, experienced educational leaders via an intensive, three-year cohort doctoral program in educational leadership. Classes meet one weekend per month and one week in July on the UPenn campus in this innovative approach to leadership development.
