A mentor is an experienced and trusted adviser. As a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and principal, from grades K-12, you might think of me as an educator who has “been there-done that”. Since leaving the trenches, I have been speaking at state and national conferences including ASCD, NASSP, NAESP, National Charter School Association, Texas Charters, Florida Charters, Assoc. of California School Administrators, High Schools That Work, and others.
