The School Improvement Partnership team is compassionate, collaborative and experienced in public education. It is headed by Alan Wohlstetter, an attorney who has participated in over $500 million of bond financings for The School District of Philadelphia and financings for over 30 charter schools in five states. Paul Vallas, former Superintendent of the Chicago, Philadelphia and New Orleans schools, works closely with districts looking to improve performance, facilities and financial management. Arthur Mitchell, former Science Education Specialist for the State of New Jersey has worked with districts across the county around initiatives on STEM and Equity, and Cheryl Rush Dix spent twenty years coordinating the Science curriculum and managing partnerships for the Erie School District.
