MCN Build was founded in 2006 out of the eagerness of the founding partners to make a difference in the communities where they live, serve, and build. MCN Build is located in the heart of Georgetown in Washington, DC and focuses on projects in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia – a geographic range that allows us to maximize the care and attention we are able to provide to every client. We offer preconstruction, construction management, general contracting, and consulting services. From historic preservation and rehabilitation to new construction, our experience includes a wide range of projects for an assortment of clients. Typical project sectors include educational, institutional, hospitality, healthcare facilities, retail, high-end residential, restaurants, libraries, and community centers.
