Three Bridges Real Estate (3BRE) believes in delivering projects on-budget and on-time, both for us and our clients. We focus on providing owner’s rep and project management services primarily to Charter Schools in the Northeast and Midwest markets. Additionally, we are full-scale owner developers on a number of in-house projects with a focus on transforming residential neighborhoods one block at a time. Initially beginning in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, we have since branched out to Woodstock, Philadelphia and Louisville. We believe in designing and building buildings deserving of the neighborhoods in which they reside.
